Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please contact inkandfatemail@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fulfilled Orders

Due to the limited and small-batch nature of Ink & Fate Story Letters, orders that have already entered production, packaging, or shipment preparation cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact inkandfatemail@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Delivery & Responsibility

Orders are considered successfully delivered once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Delivery delays caused by postal services
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next monthly billing and production cycle begins.

If a subscription has already renewed and entered production for the current issue, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that certain limited, made-to-order, or personalized items may not be eligible for return once production has begun.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or cancellations in cases of suspected misuse of this policy, including repeated claims of non-delivery or fraudulent activity.
