At Ink & Fate, every monthly issue is carefully printed, assembled, packaged, and prepared by hand in small batches. Each letter is created with intention before beginning its journey through domestic and international postal services.
Dispatch
Monthly issues are dispatched according to the schedule stated on the product page and during checkout.
Orders for each issue typically close on the 15th of the month to allow time for production and packaging before shipment.
Subscribers and customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
Postal Services & Delivery
After dispatch, delivery is handled by local and international postal services.
While every order is packaged carefully, Ink & Fate cannot guarantee delivery times or control delays caused by postal providers, customs processing, weather conditions, or international shipping disruptions.
Occasionally, postal services may delay, damage, or lose shipments during transit.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, holidays, and local postal services.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact:

Replacements & Refunds
If a shipment is confirmed or reasonably believed to be lost or significantly damaged during transit, we may offer:
- A replacement shipment (subject to available stock), or
- A refund for the affected order
Because all issues are produced in limited quantities, replacement copies may not always be available. In such cases, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Ink & Fate is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Claim Timeframe
Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date regarding any shipping issue so we can investigate and assist as quickly as possible.
